Test Engineer SME I (MSS - Test Engineer SME)

This senior-level position plays a crucial role in the company's test engineering operations, requiring 8 years of experience and deep expertise in test systems and methodologies.

The role combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering work, focusing on planning, designing, and implementing integrated production and service delivery systems. The successful candidate will serve as the Site Test Engineering Subject Matter Expert, responsible for ensuring system performance, reliability, and maintainability while controlling costs.

Key responsibilities include leading best practices implementation, conducting machine/tester evaluations, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and mentoring other engineers. The position requires strong technical knowledge in test engineering tools, structural testing (ICT, AOI, AXI & FP), and debug capabilities.
