Automation Engineer

The successful candidate will work with various technologies including conveyors, sortation systems, scanners, cameras, print and apply systems, and SCADA devices. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, as you'll be expected to mentor less experienced team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key technical aspects include working with PLC/PC controllers, industrial networks (Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Profibus), motor control systems, and electrical distribution systems. The role requires strong programming skills in Ladder Logic and various automation platforms, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems both locally and remotely.

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $90,000 to $135,000 USD annually, along with comprehensive benefits including 401(k) with company match, medical/dental/vision insurance, and paid parental leave.
