Union Mobile Engineer

This role combines technical expertise with supervisory responsibilities, working under the Chief Engineer to manage operations and maintenance activities. The position is part of the Collective Bargaining Agreement with the International Union of Operating Engineers – Local 39.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and control systems, along with the ability to lead and mentor team members. Key responsibilities include maintaining critical building systems, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The role requires hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as proficiency in using building management systems and maintenance software.
