Responsibilities For Senior QA Engineer (Remote - Latam)
- Design, document, and execute manual and automated test cases across web and API layers
- Build and maintain automated test suites and frameworks for regression and smoke testing
- Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams, as well as client QA teams and integration partners
- Identify, log, and triage defects, ensuring timely resolution with engineering
- Proactively suggest improvements to QA processes and coverage gaps
- Report testing results, risks, and recommendations clearly and professionally in English
Requirements For Senior QA Engineer (Remote - Latam)
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong emphasis on manual testing
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain automated testing frameworks
- Solid understanding of QA best practices, test planning, and defect tracking
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a distributed team setting
- Experience with Python/Django applications and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions (preferred)
