Responsibilities For Senior Software Engineer (Hybrid - San Francisco)
- Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud services for device observability, OTA updates, and fleet operations
- Lead the improvement of AWS infrastructure reliability, security, and performance using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and secure code delivery
- Set high standards for engineering best practices, including incident response, monitoring, and postmortems
- Collaborate with hardware, product, and other engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Drive architecture decisions, conduct code reviews, and contribute to long-term technical strategy
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers and foster knowledge sharing across the team
Requirements For Senior Software Engineer (Hybrid - San Francisco)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of industry experience in backend or cloud software engineering
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EKS, S3, SQS, RDS, Cognito, Lambda)
