Responsibilities For Staff Data Engineer - Insurance Data
- Design and develop end-to-end data solutions within a modern lakehouse architecture (Databricks)
- Lead data modeling for complex insurance data: claims, policies, pricing, risk, and renewals
- Collaborate with product, engineering, BI, and business stakeholders on cross-functional data projects
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with industry regulations
- Mentor data engineers, review code and architecture, and champion documentation practices
- Implement and maintain metadata catalogs, access controls, and audit processes to secure data pipelines
Requirements For Staff Data Engineer - Insurance Data
