Johnson Controls is seeking a Salesforce Service Max DevOps Developer to join their team in Bangalore, India. This role combines DevOps practices with Salesforce and ServiceMax expertise, making it an exciting opportunity for professionals with 3+ years of experience in these technologies.

The position involves designing and implementing DevOps solutions specifically tailored for Salesforce and ServiceMax environments. You'll be responsible for streamlining deployment processes, managing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring system reliability. The role requires both technical expertise in Salesforce development (including Lightning Web Components) and strong DevOps principles understanding.

The ideal candidate should possess Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer 1) and have experience with tools like JIRA and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities For Salesforce Service Max DevOps Developer

  • Design, implement, and maintain DevOps solutions for Salesforce and Service Max environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline deployment processes
  • Automate workflows and manage CI/CD pipelines
  • Optimize system performance and ensure seamless integration of new features
  • Handle incidents and service requests from Level 1 Support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce and Service Max
  • Monitor system performance & health and proactively address potential issues
  • Provide training and support to Level 1 Support

Requirements For Salesforce Service Max DevOps Developer

  • 3+ years experience in Salesforce and ServiceMax development and administration
  • Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder / Platform Developer 1 Certification
  • Proficient in Lightning Web Components(LWC) development
  • Experience in ServiceMax functionalities and integrations
  • Understanding of DevOps principles and practices including use of JIRA
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar tool for ticket handling
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with business stakeholders globally
  • Ability to work in an agile environment
  • Technical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent English (must)
