Lead Security Engineer - Future Detections

As a Lead Security Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Cybersecurity & Tech Controls team, you will be an integral part of a team that works to deliver software solutions that satisfy pre-defined functional and user requirements with the added dimension of preventing misuse, circumvention, and malicious behavior.

You'll take on a crucial role where you'll be a key part of a high-performing team delivering secure software solutions. As a core technical contributor, you are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions with tamper-proof, audit defensible methods across multiple technical areas within various business functions.

Your responsibilities will include executing creative security solutions, developing secure production code, minimizing security vulnerabilities, and conducting vulnerability testing and threat modeling. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand security needs and recommend business modifications during periods of vulnerability.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of security engineering experience, strong knowledge of cloud platforms and container technologies, and expertise in Big Data and large volume data transfer analysis. You should be able to work independently and have excellent communication skills with senior business leaders.
