Lead Site Reliability Engineer

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to join their Enterprise Technology Infrastructure Platforms team. This is a critical role that will help define the future of a globally recognized firm and have direct impact in site reliability engineering.

As a Lead SRE, you'll utilize your extensive technical knowledge to overcome both technical and business challenges. Your responsibilities will include leading resiliency design reviews, breaking down complex issues into manageable tasks, acting as a technical lead for medium to large-sized projects, and providing guidance and mentorship to team members.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of applied SRE experience with deep expertise in reliability, scalability, performance, and security. You should be proficient in Python programming and have extensive experience with AWS, distributed systems, and observability tools like Grafana, Dynatrace, and Prometheus. Experience with CI/CD tools and container orchestration is essential.
