You will serve as a subject matter expert on ML techniques and optimizations, providing in-depth knowledge of ML algorithms, frameworks, and techniques. Your role involves enhancing ML workflows through advanced proficiency in large language models (LLMs) and conducting experiments using the latest ML technologies. You'll be responsible for hands-on coding to bring experimental results into production solutions and optimizing system accuracy and performance.

The position requires strong expertise in Python programming, deep learning frameworks, and advanced ML areas such as GPU optimization, fine-tuning, embedding models, and RAG. You'll work with cutting-edge AI technologies and be part of a team that's pushing the boundaries of what's possible with machine learning in a financial services context.

We're looking for someone with a strong academic background in Computer Science or Machine Learning, combined with practical experience in applying ML techniques to solve real business problems. The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of NLP and LLMs, along with experience in deploying ML models in production environments.
