Principal Architect (AIML & GenAI)

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Principal Architect specializing in AIML & GenAI to join their Consumer & Community Banking division. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on development in cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. As a Principal Architect, you'll lead innovation for AIML platforms, Generative AI platforms, and Enterprise Data platform architecture, making a significant impact across the organization.

You'll work closely with Product Owners, ML Engineering, and Software engineering teams to build and deliver state-of-the-art ML and GenAI solutions. The role requires deep expertise in ML tools, distributed systems, and cloud platforms, particularly AWS. You'll be responsible for mentoring other ML engineers and scientists while fostering a culture of continuous learning and architectural evolution.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of applied ML experience, with strong programming skills in Python and Java, and deep understanding of NLP, LLMs, and advanced ML techniques.
