Take on a crucial role as a Security Engineer III - Cloud and Infrastructure at JPMorgan Chase within the Cybersecurity & Technology Controls team. As a core technical contributor, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security solutions for an enterprise-scale environment. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies, implementing complex business logic in Python, Bash, PowerShell, and other scripting languages. The role involves working with cloud technologies, particularly AWS security, and requires strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities For Security Engineer III - Cloud and Infrastructure
- Design, implement, and maintain security solutions for an enterprise-scale environment
- Execute on key deliverables in the security engineering space
- Design and develop production deployments
- Develop secure and high-quality production code and review and debug code
- Implement complex business logic in Python, Bash, PowerShell, and other scripting languages
- Minimize security vulnerabilities by following industry insights and government regulations
- Work with stakeholders and business leaders to understand security needs
Requirements For Security Engineer III - Cloud and Infrastructure
- Formal training or certification on security engineering and/or cybersecurity concepts and 3+ years applied experience
- Experience with cloud engineering, deployment engineering, DevOps engineering
- Specific experience deploying commercial software at scale into an enterprise environment
- Strong working knowledge of Windows and Linux systems internals
- Strong experience defining and implementing infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Commanding knowledge of a programming/scripting language
- Proficiency in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Proficient in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS security)
- Advanced understanding of agile methodologies
