Site Reliability Engineer III

As a Site Reliability Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase within the Corporate Data & Analytics Service team, you will solve complex business problems with straightforward solutions. You'll work with code and cloud infrastructure to configure, maintain, monitor, and optimize applications and their infrastructure. You'll be a significant contributor by sharing your knowledge of end-to-end operations, availability, reliability, and scalability.

The role involves collaborating with software engineers to implement deployment approaches using automated CI/CD pipelines, designing and implementing reliability solutions, and working with infrastructure as code. You'll use service level indicators and objectives to proactively resolve issues before they impact customers.

Required skills include 3+ years of software engineering experience, proficiency in languages like Python or Java, experience with observability tools like Grafana and Prometheus, and strong knowledge of CI/CD tools. You should be able to work collaboratively, recognize roadblocks, and demonstrate interest in learning new technologies.
