This is a critical role where you'll lead and shape the future of enterprise infrastructure for branch banking network printers, faxes, and scanners across the organization.

As a Senior Lead Infrastructure Engineer, you'll demonstrate both depth and breadth of knowledge in software, applications, and technical processes across multiple disciplines. You'll be responsible for managing complex enterprise printing infrastructures, developing product roadmaps, and ensuring systems meet performance, security, and reliability standards.

The role combines technical leadership with strategic planning, requiring expertise in Windows-based systems, infrastructure management, and automation. You'll work with PowerShell, Java, APIs, and various Windows networking services while following Agile methodologies and security best practices.

  • Leads and manages the enterprise infrastructure of Branch banking network printers, faxes and scanners
  • Develops and maintains a product roadmap ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Leads product planning and review sessions
