Description For Sr. DevOps Engineer

Kaseya, the leading provider of IT infrastructure and security management solutions, is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their team in Kraków. This role offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud technologies and contribute to solutions that serve MSPs and IT organizations worldwide.

The position involves working with a sophisticated tech stack including AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, GitHub Actions, Terraform, and various programming languages. You'll be part of an exceptional team solving challenging technical problems and implementing high-impact solutions that will be deployed to a large global customer base.

As a Sr. DevOps Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in managing cloud infrastructure, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring the reliability and security of production systems. The role requires significant autonomy and self-motivation, as you'll be taking personal ownership of problems and driving them to solutions.

The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week in the Kraków office, offering a balance between collaborative in-person work and remote flexibility. You'll be working on critical products like Dark Web ID and BullPhish ID, which are essential security monitoring and training platforms in the MSP channel.

Responsibilities For Sr. DevOps Engineer

  • Be integral part of product development teams, and work closely with colleagues on launching new highly operable and performant systems into a cloud-native world
  • Ensure smooth operation of build and deploy workflows, production applications/workloads, and infrastructure
  • Define and implement monitoring and alerting to ensure visibility into systems' health
  • Identify and remediate security issues and vulnerabilities
  • Continuously improve processes and toolchain

Requirements For Sr. DevOps Engineer

  • 5+ years of DevOps/deployment pipeline experience
  • 3+ years of experience contributing to architecture and design
  • 3+ years of experience with cloud-based hosting solutions (AWS)

  • Experience with AWS services (IAM, VPC, EC2, ECS, RDS, etc.)
  • Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD processes
  • Experience with scripting languages (Python, Groovy, Bash/Zsh)
  • Experience in Installing, upgrading and configuring Linux servers
