Mid Software Developer

KBR's National Security Solutions team is seeking a Mid Software Developer to join their mission-critical operations supporting the U.S. Space Force. This role combines DevSecOps engineering with cutting-edge space technology, where you'll work on developing and implementing secure, cloud-native solutions using Kubernetes, Docker, and various programming languages.

The position offers an opportunity to work on innovative projects that directly impact national security and space operations. You'll be part of a collaborative team using Agile and DevSecOps principles to develop solutions for satellite communication, space domain awareness, and defense technology.

As a Mid Software Developer, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing containerized solutions, managing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring security at every development stage. The role requires expertise in multiple programming languages, cloud technologies (particularly AWS), and modern DevOps tools.

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in web application development and Kubernetes/Docker, along with a Secret Clearance or higher. You'll work in a standard 40-hour week at the Colorado Springs location, with minimal travel required.
