Solutions Architect

Kforce is seeking a Solutions Architect in Salt Lake City, UT to assess current system architecture, identify deficiencies, and design a future-state system that supports long-term business strategy. The role involves evaluating and documenting current system architecture, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and collaborating with Enterprise and Technical Software Architects.

Key responsibilities include defining scalable system architecture aligned with cloud-native principles, working with Product Owners on technical requirements, ensuring business initiatives align with engineering vision, and establishing architectural review processes. The architect will develop transition frameworks and measure implementation effectiveness through KPIs.

The ideal candidate should have 10-15+ years of software development experience, with 5-8+ years in architectural leadership roles. Technical expertise required in Python, C#, Azure cloud services, Docker, Kubernetes, and SQL Server. Strong background in security, microservices, and event-driven systems is essential.

The position offers comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and various insurance options. The base salary range is $150,000-$190,000 per year, with final compensation based on skills and experience.
