Principal Software Engineer - Data

Your role involves building an inventory of data, managing data across multiple systems, architecting scalable and cost-effective enterprise data solutions, and ensuring data security and compliance. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business requirements into technology solutions, and stay current with emerging data technologies. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data architecture at multiple levels
• Lead data management across multiple systems
• Architect scalable and cost-effective enterprise data solutions
• Set technology strategy and roadmaps for data platforms
• Ensure data security and compliance
• Collaborate with partners across the organization
• Perform vendor assessments and lead proof-of-concept projects
• Mentor teammates and cross-train peers

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in designing & architecting data systems
• Expertise in modern cloud data stacks and evolutionary architecture
• Strong skills in data modeling, governance, and lifecycle management
• 10+ years hands-on data design in large scale projects
• Experience with AI/ML, predictive analytics, and data visualization
• Excellent communication skills with executives and team members
