Kodiak Robotics, a pioneering force in autonomous vehicle technology since 2018, is seeking a Senior Robotics Perception Engineer to join their innovative team. This role sits at the intersection of robotics, artificial intelligence, and autonomous systems, focusing on developing cutting-edge perception systems for self-driving trucks.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on real-world autonomous driving challenges, developing and implementing state-of-the-art algorithms for sensor fusion, multi-object tracking, and scene estimation. You'll be working with a comprehensive sensor suite including cameras, radar, lidar, thermal sensors, and IMUs to create robust perception systems that power safe autonomous operations.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in state estimation and multi-object tracking, with at least 5 years of industry experience (or 3+ years with a PhD). Your strong C++ programming skills and experience with high-reliability deployed applications will be crucial in developing maintainable, production-quality code.

Working at Kodiak means joining a team that's making tangible impact in the autonomous vehicle industry, with daily freight deliveries across Sun Belt states and collaborations with the U.S. Department of Defense.
