Responsibilities For Servicenow ITSM developer - CMDB
- Design and implement integrations between CMDB, Service Catalog, and third-party systems
- Implement and maintain data validation, normalization, and reconciliation rules for CMDB accuracy
- Develop ServiceNow Solutions in the ITSM
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Create and update CMDB catalog items, forms, and views
- Establish and maintain data integrations
- Collaborate with Process Analyst and Architect
- Document code and application functionality
Requirements For Servicenow ITSM developer - CMDB
- 8+ years hands on experience in ServiceNow development
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Expertise in ServiceNow objects: tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions
- Strong command of JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer scripting
- In-depth knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
- Extensive hands-on experience with CMDB and CSDM
- Experience in designing Transform Maps and IRE rules
- Strong experience in API integrations using REST, SOAP
