- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Math, or related field

- Build high-performance applications focusing on throughput, latency, and resiliency
- Develop and communicate technical vision and strategy for mobile experiences
- Lead team development and provide continuous support for engineers

- Identify and evaluate new technologies, tools, and practices

- Conduct code reviews, system simulations, and performance testing
Requirements For Lead React Native Developer
- 10+ years working in mobile UI development, 5+ years of commercial-grade React Native development experience
- Solid skills interacting with multiple types of API formats, preferably REST and GraphQL
- Experience in design process from gathering requirements to planning and ideating
- Understanding of user behavior and ability to tailor web experiences
- Collaboration skills with designers and other partners
- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends and emerging technologies
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Demonstrable team leadership experience
- Knowledge of global financial markets and financial products (strong plus)
