This senior-level Data Science & Machine Learning position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our technology and business. The role focuses heavily on building machine learning models, particularly in developing deep personalization models and complex optimization algorithms. You'll be working with Multi-Armed Bandit solutions, Large Language Models, and recommendation systems to enhance customer experiences and drive revenue growth.

As a key member of our team, you'll be instrumental in building and leading our data science team, working directly with various stakeholders including Analytics, Engineering, Product, and Business teams. The position requires strong expertise in Python, SQL, and modern ML tools, with a focus on practical implementation and strategic planning of machine learning initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of hands-on data science experience, with particular expertise in the marketing/advertising industry. You'll be joining a high-performing, entrepreneurial team where your work will directly impact how we connect hundreds of thousands of customers with advertisers daily.

We offer a competitive compensation package including a base salary range of $110,000-$160,000, profit-sharing bonus, and comprehensive benefits.
