Requirements For Staff AI/ML Engineer

Python
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in building production machine learning solutions
  • Strong proficiency in Python
  • Experience with deep-learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow)
  • Hands-on experience building text-processing pipelines
  • Knowledge of LLM evaluation metrics
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and Azure)
  • Experience with MLOps, Airflow, MLFlow, and Docker
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
