They're seeking an Application Support Engineer to be the crucial bridge between technical and non-technical teams. This role involves managing platform stability, user support, and continuous improvement of support systems.

The position requires working UK-based but with US business hours (3pm-12am GMT), offering a unique opportunity to shape support functions as the company expands internationally. The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years of relevant experience, strong technical fundamentals, and excellent communication skills.

Working with a modern tech stack including React, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, you'll handle everything from technical triage to process improvement. The role combines hands-on technical work with strategic thinking about support systems and user experience.

Responsibilities For Application Support Engineer

  • Technical triage and first point of contact for platform bugs and issues
  • Work with legal ops, customer success, and product team to explain product logic and resolve user issues
  • Bug reporting and escalation to engineers
  • Own and update internal documentation and knowledge base
  • Assist in QA and pre-release testing of new features
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
  • Define and evolve support tooling and processes
  • Support incident management process during business hours

Requirements For Application Support Engineer
