The team operates in a Squad structure, providing strong connectivity between team members including Squad Lead, Business Analyst, Dev lead, Developers, and Testers. This structure enables faster delivery as all resources work as one group on dedicated tasks. You'll be expected to work overlapping hours with the US Mountain Time zone to ensure effective collaboration.
