Responsibilities For Senior Product Manager, AI CRM

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for AI-driven solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technology to address customer needs and market demands.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, and launch AI-powered features and services that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for AI integration, product differentiation, and market expansion.
  • Partner with engineering, data science, and AI research teams to prioritize features, experiments, and enhancements based on customer feedback and strategic objectives.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and user feedback to measure the success of AI initiatives, iterate on improvements, and drive continuous innovation.

Requirements For Senior Product Manager, AI CRM

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management (AI-driven projects).
  • Experience working on CRM projects (AI for CRMs is ideal).
  • Hands-on experience in steering products from initial conception to version 1.0.
