Senior Mobile Developer (React Native)

Lightspeed Commerce is seeking a Senior Mobile Developer (React Native) to join their Hospitality product group in North America. This role supports the mission to expand into new markets and countries while enhancing their Cloud POS. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience developing and shipping production-grade React Native and TypeScript applications across both Android and iOS platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering features and improvements on a weekly cadence
• Implementing proof of concept, prototypes, and fully-tested production-grade software
• Designing and leading technical initiatives
• Mentoring other developers and participating in team ceremonies
• Assisting QA and Support staff in troubleshooting
• Translating requirements into detailed plans

The role requires expertise in React Native, TypeScript, functional programming, and mobile app architectures. Knowledge of connectivity considerations, unit testing, and object-oriented design is essential.
