VP, GTM Engineering

LinkedIn, the world's largest professional network, is seeking a VP of GTM Engineering to lead their Go-To-Market technology initiatives. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the architecture, development, and optimization of Marketing and Sales tech, Customer Support tech, Revenue Systems, and Oracle ERP system.

The position offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $284,000 to $466,000 annually, plus performance bonuses and equity. Based in Sunnyvale, CA, this hybrid role combines remote work flexibility with in-office collaboration.

As VP of GTM Engineering, you'll spearhead the technology strategy that enables LinkedIn's customers to do business "with" LinkedIn seamlessly while empowering employees to work efficiently. You'll lead a large engineering organization, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include defining the technical vision for GTM engineering, partnering with Finance leadership on revenue systems, collaborating across functions to align engineering initiatives with business objectives, and ensuring best practices in software development.

The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of software engineering experience, 7+ years of global leadership experience, and a deep understanding of enterprise systems, particularly in GTM and financial domains. Strong technical expertise combined with exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills are essential.
