Software Engineer - Product Expansion

Mark43 is seeking a Mid-Level Software Engineer to join their product-facing engineering team, focusing on expanding their public safety technology platform into international markets. This role combines technical expertise with product development, requiring 3+ years of experience with Java, MySQL, and GraphQL. The position involves building scalable backend services, implementing internationalization features, and maintaining GraphQL APIs that power frontend applications.

The ideal candidate will work within a collaborative environment, participating in code reviews, deploying updates through CI/CD pipelines, and troubleshooting production issues. The role requires both technical proficiency and the ability to work closely with Product and Design teams to translate global user requirements into effective software solutions.
