The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years with a Master's in Electrical/Computer Engineering. Strong expertise in full-chip integration, RTL to GDS flows, and scripting skills in TCL/Python are essential. Knowledge of Verilog and experience with Cadence Innovus are valuable assets.
