As an iServer Orbus Developer at Master-Works, you will play a crucial role in creating and optimizing enterprise architecture solutions that drive organizational performance and decision-making. Your expertise in iServer will be essential to enhance our capability in delivering robust and scalable architectures tailored to our clients' needs. You will collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain high-quality architecture models and artifacts that facilitate strategic planning and business transformation.

Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining iServer architecture models • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements • Implementing best practices for architecture governance • Conducting training sessions and workshops • Analyzing existing systems and recommending enhancements • Participating in architecture discussions and design reviews • Creating and maintaining detailed documentation • Supporting project managers in providing estimates and timelines • Staying updated on trends in enterprise architecture

Requirements: • B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • 3+ years of experience in enterprise architecture development using iServer Orbus • Strong knowledge of iServer features and enterprise architecture frameworks • Proficiency in UML, BPMN, and other modeling techniques • Familiarity with database concepts and SQL • Understanding of IT governance and compliance requirements • Experience with cloud architecture and integration solutions • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
