Technical Lead-Full Stack Engineer

Master-Works is seeking a Technical Lead-Full Stack Engineer to join their team in Hyderabad. This role requires 8+ years of experience and involves developing both client-side and server-side applications using modern technologies like React.js, Node.js, and various databases. The position demands strong technical leadership skills and deep expertise in full-stack development.

The role operates on a Sunday to Thursday schedule, from 10 AM to 6 PM, with a 5-day work-from-office policy. As a Technical Lead, you'll be responsible for developing scalable web applications, designing RESTful APIs, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and optimizing application performance. You'll work with various technologies including React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, strong database management skills, and a solid understanding of software architecture principles. You'll need to demonstrate both technical excellence and leadership capabilities, as you'll be working with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
