Sr. Machine Learning Engineer (Match Group AI)

Match Group AI is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join their innovative team at Hyperconnect. This role combines scientific research capabilities with engineering expertise to develop and optimize AI models for production environments. The position involves working with cutting-edge AI technologies across natural language processing, image analysis, and recommendation systems.

The ML team actively develops AI solutions to enhance user experiences on mobile and server environments. You'll be tackling challenging problems such as multi-modal data utilization, domain adaptation, multi-task classification, text and image summarization, and recommendation system optimization. The team also works with large language models and vision-language models for feature development and large-scale model training.

As an ML Engineer, you'll be part of a team that has published numerous papers in top-tier conferences like ICCV, EMNLP, CVPR, and others. The role offers access to substantial computing resources, including a cluster of DGX-A100 machines with 160 A100 GPUs, and collaboration with a diverse team of software engineers.

The position requires strong technical expertise in AI/ML, proven experience in productionizing AI solutions, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
