Responsibilities For Sr Director, Engineering Execution
- Lead a large team (200+) of engineers located in the US, Mexico and remote
- Create and operationalize best practices for delivery and quality execution
- Lead software development processes development and refinement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage growth and development of engineers at all levels
- Lead DevOps practices for CPP
- Ensure appropriate tools and technologies usage
- Lead automation testing rollout
- Recruit engineering talent
- Manage product development lifecycle
- Partner with senior leaders across teams
- Manage budget effectively

Requirements For Sr Director, Engineering Execution
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science or related major
- Experience leading technology transformation in large, corporate environments
- Experience building and scaling an engineering organization
- 5+ years of experience managing large (100+) engineering teams
- Experience leading teams across multiple locations and time zones
- 10+ years of experience working with digital customer-facing products
- 5+ years working in an agile and product team environment
- Project management mentality with strong strategic and analytics approach
- Experience with software development process, architecture, and monitoring tools
- Tactical experience as a developer across multiple languages and products
- Effective communicator that can foster collaboration
