Business Engineer (University Grad)

In this role, you will: • Write scalable production-grade code across Meta's platforms, collaborating with other product engineering teams. • Learn and build on various tech stacks and languages. • Use your entrepreneurial passion and role flexibility to create opportunities and choose how to make an impact. • Work on projects that push the boundaries of what's possible, quickly and at scale. • Design solutions that translate into prosperity for partners and billions of users. • Engineer and accelerate business growth through your code.

As a Business Engineer (University Grad), you will have the opportunity to: • Build new products and improve existing ones in collaboration with Meta product engineering teams and cross-functional partners. • Design and build end-to-end systems and launch-plan strategies. • Use a broad range of technical and soft skills to build productive relationships with partners and independently resolve complex technical and business needs. • Influence product roadmaps to meet business needs while delivering high-quality project/integration/partner engagements. • Guide workflow changes and gain consensus from stakeholders while driving solutions. • Develop long-term strategic plans with partners, grounded in business objectives, and manage integrations with Meta's platform products. • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and quickly action feedback on your own code. • Serve as a subject matter expert within Business Engineering and provide consultation on domain-level projects. • Participate in interviewing and onboarding new team members.
