As a Network Systems Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and enhancing our internal tools and systems, contributing to the advancement of our telecom OSS/BSS systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of wireline telecom/network infrastructure technologies, OSS/BSS tools, and a proven track record of successfully managing the entire product and tool lifecycle from conceptualization to execution. This role requires a strong combination of effective collaboration across XFNs, continuous execution, and ability to drive projects from inception to completion.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of hands-on experience within the telecom industry
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Systems Owner with knowledge of telecom OSS/BSS tools
- 3+ years of experience designing analytics products, solving problems using data and providing business insights
- Track record of successfully managing complex tools/systems from conception to launch
- Experience translating technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product management tools
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing metrics and making data-backed decisions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical prowess in computer science, engineering, and network infrastructure technologies
- MBA or Advanced Degree

- Experience within the telecom industry, preferably with focus on wireline infrastructure
This role may require up to 20% travel, including domestic and international.
