Quality Assurance Engineering Lead

Meta is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineering Lead to ensure the delivery of high-quality software and platforms for FRL product lines. The role involves building a test-driven engineering culture, implementing process changes to scale testing efforts, planning and executing test coverage across multiple platforms, and partnering with Automation and Infrastructure teams. Key responsibilities include identifying and reporting KPI trends, diagnosing issues, and owning the process of creating metrics to measure product performance. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with 60 months of experience in Python, Gitlab, Quality Assurance Methodologies, Software Testing, Test Automation, Leadership and Management, and Customer Support. This position offers a competitive salary range of $182,084 to $189,368 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
