Responsibilities For Test Solutions Engineer
- Develop and maintain wafer level functional test strategies and programs for semiconductor NAND Flash products
- Collaborate with engineering and production groups for test program readiness
- Improve device yield, reliability and quality through test condition optimization
- Provide cost effective solutions for production test flow optimization
- Develop and release test programs to production
- Assist process and production teams with engineering expertise
Requirements For Test Solutions Engineer
- Bachelors/Masters in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering or related field
- Good programming skills, experience and C/C++ knowledge
- Experience in Test Solutions Engineering in Semiconductor industry
- Solid analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of semiconductor device physics (preferred)
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux environment (preferred)
