Apps Solution Engineer

Microsoft is seeking an Apps Solution Engineer to join their Employee Experience team. The role focuses on technical pre-sales and solution selling, particularly for Microsoft Viva, an employee experience platform. The position requires deep technical expertise across Microsoft and non-Microsoft cloud-based technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning technical sales with customers' technical decision makers
• Building trusted advisor relationships and developing secure & resilient solution architectures
• Managing customer escalations and overcoming technical objections
• Maintaining expertise in AI Foundry & App architecture
• Staying current with market trends and competitive insights
