Apps Solution Engineer

Microsoft is seeking an Apps Solution Engineer to join their AI Applications team focusing on commercial customers. This role combines deep technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities to drive AI adoption and innovation.

As an AI Applications Solution Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of transforming the developer experience for AI applications. You'll work with Microsoft's cutting-edge technologies including AI Foundry and Azure AI, helping customers become AI-native organizations. The role involves leading technical engagements, conducting proof of concepts, and facilitating hackathons and architecture workshops.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving technical sales through demos and PoCs
• Leading hands-on technical engagements
• Building trusted relationships with developers and platform leads
• Resolving technical blockers and collaborating with engineering teams
• Maintaining expertise in AI Foundry, App architecture, and cloud native development
• Contributing thought leadership in developer communities

The ideal candidate will have strong technical pre-sales experience combined with expertise in full stack architecture design, AI/ML models, and cloud native development.
