Critical Environment Technician Manager (Night Shift)

Microsoft's Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) is seeking a Critical Environment Technician Manager for the night shift. This role is crucial in delivering core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform. The position involves managing a team responsible for operating and maintaining critical environment-related facility equipment in data centers. Key responsibilities include people management, equipment and systems operations, maintenance, and fostering a culture of safety and security. The ideal candidate should have experience in mission-critical services, people management skills, and technical expertise in areas such as electrical, mechanical, or controls systems. This role requires working 12-hour shifts during non-standard business hours (7pm - 7am) and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
