As part of the Customer Experience & Success organization with over 17,000 employees worldwide, this role focuses on delivering exceptional technical support for Microsoft's identity and access management solutions.

The position offers a hybrid work environment with up to 50% work from home flexibility. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting complex customer issues, providing technical guidance, and working with various identity management technologies including Azure AD, Entra Cloud Sync, and federation services.

  • Own, investigate, and solve complex customer technical issues
  • Act as an advisor to customers
  • Lead in building communities with peer delivery roles
  • Share knowledge through readiness programs, technical coaching and mentoring

  • Investigate potential product defects
  • Help develop automation techniques and diagnostic tools

Requirements For Entra ID Technical Support Engineer - Identity Management

  • Good understanding of Azure Fundamentals (Cloud Concepts, Azure Networking, Azure Compute)
  • Knowledge of Azure Resource Management
  • Azure Active Directory Fundamentals
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory Collaboration Solutions (B2B, B2C)
  • Understanding of Managed Identity vs Federated Identity
  • Knowledge of Hybrid Identity Solutions
  • Experience with Entra Cloud Sync & Entra Connect
  • Confident English language skills in reading, writing and speaking
  • Must pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check
