Description For Low Code Engineer

Microsoft is seeking a Low Code Engineer to join their Business & Industry Copilots group, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related products. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen to develop innovative low-code/no-code solutions.

The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize scalable business applications using low-code platforms. You'll be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications, developing advanced automated workflows, and integrating AI agents within production services.

Key responsibilities include engaging with stakeholders, serving as a liaison between business and technical teams, leading design and code reviews, and developing rules governing production services logic. You'll also be involved in incident reviews, training development, and staying current with industry trends.

The ideal candidate should have experience in low-code application development, familiarity with Microsoft platforms, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This role offers the opportunity to work on strategic projects within the Customer Experience (CXP) Engineering team, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to deliver high-value solutions.

Responsibilities For Low Code Engineer

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical specifications
  • Design application solutions using low-code/no-code platforms
  • Lead design and code reviews within the team

Requirements For Low Code Engineer

JavaScript
Python
  • Bachelor's Degree AND experience in low-code application development, engineering product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
  • Experience using low-code/no-code programs (e.g., Dataverse, Power Applications)
  • Experience managing and configuring artificial intelligence solutions
  • Experience with programming/coding
  • Certification with Microsoft platforms or equivalent
  • Project management certification (e.g., Project Management Professional, Six Sigma)
