Microsoft's Azure Customer Experience (CXP) team is seeking a Senior Customer Experience Engineer for App Services to join their ACES Strategic team (Advanced Cloud Engineering & Supportability). This role is crucial in turning Microsoft Cloud customers into fans through world-class engineering-led support experience.
As a customer-focused Advanced Cloud Engineer, you'll be the primary engineering contact for customer support on Azure. You'll work with critical systems and complex problems, supporting key customer projects while being the voice of the customer within Azure. The role involves close collaboration with Customer Success Account Managers, Cloud Solution Architects, and Technical Support Engineers.
The position requires deep technical expertise in cloud computing, particularly Azure services, with hands-on experience in Web Development, App Services, and Functions. You'll need strong knowledge of IaaS components, data platforms, and monitoring technologies. The role demands excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills to explain complex technical issues to varied audiences.
