Senior Low-Code Developer

Microsoft is seeking a Senior Low-Code Developer to join their Business & Industry Copilots group, a rapidly growing organization responsible for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related products. This role combines traditional software engineering with modern low-code development approaches.

The position sits within the Customer Experience (CXP) Engineering team, focusing on building next-generation applications running on Dynamics 365, AI, Copilot, and various Microsoft cloud services. The team works in an agile, high-energy environment, collaborating closely with partners and customers to deliver innovative solutions.

As a Senior Low-Code Developer, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and deploying advanced automated workflows using low-code/no-code platforms
• Leading the integration of AI agents within production services
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Conducting design and code reviews while establishing technical best practices
• Managing and configuring AI solutions, particularly chatbots
• Developing rules for production services logic and workflows
• Leading incident reviews and implementing automation to prevent future issues

The ideal candidate will have:

• 4+ years of experience in low-code application development or related fields
• Strong expertise in low-code/no-code platforms like Dataverse and Power Applications
• Experience with AI solution configuration and management
• Solid programming fundamentals and analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different functions
