Description For Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager for Microsoft's Defender Experts team, you'll be at the forefront of the Managed Detection and Response (MDR) space. You'll shape the future of managed security services and leave a mark on the cybersecurity landscape. The MDR market is predicted to reach $2.15B by 2025, with 60% of organizations using MDR services.

In this role, you'll:

  • Be a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance and actionable recommendations to elevate customers' cybersecurity strategies.
  • Lead security incident handling for Defender Experts customers.
  • Engage with various levels of customer organizations, from CISO to SOC engineers.
  • Advocate for customers' needs within Microsoft to drive continuous improvement.
  • Drive customer confidence and trust in the Defender Experts service and Microsoft Security products.

You'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product management, customer success, or related roles.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity.
  • Deep proficiency in the Microsoft Defender suite of products.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
