Senior Security Operations OPS Engineer

Microsoft's Trust and Security Services (TSS) High Value Asset Operations (HVAOps) team is seeking a Senior Security Operations OPS Engineer to join their team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is critical in maintaining Microsoft's Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) services across all Microsoft businesses including Azure, M365, XBOX, and Windows.

The position requires a strong technical background in PKI and security operations, with responsibilities ranging from managing cryptographic devices in high-security facilities to automating security operations for improved efficiency. You'll be working with state-of-the-art Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) and implementing best-in-class security practices.

As a senior member of the team, you'll be responsible for identifying and implementing automation opportunities, managing PKI services throughout their lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with certification audits. The role involves hands-on technical work with PowerShell scripting, security controls, and infrastructure management.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in cyber security investigations and PKI operations management, along with strong scripting abilities.
