Senior Service Engineer - CTJ - Poly

Microsoft has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Service Engineer to join the Azure Silver and Sovereign Team as part of the Cloud Transfer Service (CTS) team. The Azure Cloud Transfer Service enables secure access and transfer between enclaves and supports other transfer and access types enabling a wide set of capabilities within highly regulated industries.

The role involves working on mission-critical distributed systems spanning data transmission across clouds. The team works across all facets of isolated system engineering, focusing on service automation and reliability improvements, software development, network architecting and implementation, and cloud engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Incident response during on-call rotations
• Service and system design for hybrid infrastructure
• Monitoring and analyzing telemetry data
• Implementing reliable, scalable solutions
• Maintaining security, privacy, and compliance standards
• Staying current with cloud networking, physical networking, and automation technologies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years technical experience
• Active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with SCI access
• U.S. citizenship required

The position offers comprehensive benefits including healthcare, educational resources, savings and investments, parental leave, and generous time off. The base pay range is $117,200 - $229,200 per year, with higher ranges for San Francisco and New York City locations.
