Responsibilities For Senior Software Engineer-Office for the Web
- Lead efforts to operationalize at scale by reducing incident volume, analyzing incidents globally, and providing broad resolutions
- Be a technical leader to engineers, own project efforts, be accountable end-to-end
- Identify requirements, scope solutions, estimate work, and schedule deliverables
- Apply engineering principles to establish robust and maintainable architecture and designs
- Promote and drive the adoption of good coding standards and patterns
Requirements For Senior Software Engineer-Office for the Web
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience in applying machine learning techniques and drive end-to-end AI product development
- 1+ years working with Large Language Models
- Problem solving and data analysis skills
- Experience with Prompt optimizations, Data Mining with language models, Agentic systems
