The Word Copilot team is responsible for developing and improving these cutting-edge features that combine large language models (LLMs) with Microsoft's enterprise-grade security and privacy standards.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Shape the technical direction of Word Copilot features used by millions globally

This position offers competitive compensation including a base salary range of $119,800 - $234,700 (higher in SF Bay Area and NYC), along with comprehensive benefits including healthcare, 401k, education benefits, and generous time off.
